Terms and conditions

1 ) Once we receive the order we will give you a confirmation E mail , Whats app message or a direct call to your contact number for your confirmation

2 ) If you didn't receive the confirmation within 24 hours, Just call us on our hotline number and conform the order

3 ) You should then confirm the order details and mail back to us or by Whats app  with the details of the payment.

4 ) The delivery time will be in between 11 am till 6 PM only, Delivery is strictly restricted to mentioned date only .. not the time

5 ) We are not responsible if the recipient is not available / disagree to receive the gift

6 ) After the delivery , the delivery status of your gift order will be informed in the given mobile numbers by  Whats app or by E mail 

7 ) Although we have taken full measures to deliver the gift on proper time , some times it may not be possible to give the delivery on proper time / day

8 ) In case of a non delivery due to any reasons which occurs by our communication error, transportation problems etc , the compensation is limited to the full money back only , and a compensation gift order will be given free of charge as soon as possible .

9 ) In case of a non delivery which occurs naturally in any circumstance( Harthal , bandh , etc ) the gift will be delivered on the previous day or the next day

10 ) The cancellation of an order is possible before 1 day of the delivery date.

11 ) There will be a surcharge for the deliveries in some remote areas in Kerala  such as high Ranges or Islands ( AED 30 Would be charged )

12 ) The payment of the orders can be made through exchange houses, banks, telex transfer, or online transfers , Credit cards etc While confirming your order you will be prompted to make the payment on a convenient method which suites you.

13 ) Orders can be placed from any part of the world . You will be notified the amount to be paid in the currency in which country you are residing while confirming the order.

14) The pictures shown in our website are for illustration purpose only . The shape , Colour , quality of the product may differ from place to place

15 The provided address details of your recipient would be shared with  the third party for delivery purpose

16 The video recording  of the delivery is a complimentary only from our side , it may not be possible always to take videos at some occasions 

16 Video of the delivery can be taken only  if there is no objection from the recipient side .

17 We are not responsible if our associate share this videos in their social media accounts for their publicity
